Shipping Policy

At Kraflo, we aim to deliver your kraft sets quickly, safely, and efficiently.

1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • During high-demand periods (sales, launches), processing may take slightly longer.

2. Shipping Time

  • Within Saudi Arabia: 2–5 business days

  • International Shipping: 5–12 business days (depending on destination)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or customs.

3. Shipping Fees

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

  • Free shipping may be offered during promotions or above a certain order value.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

5. Delays & Issues

  • Kraflo is not responsible for delays caused by:

    • Courier service disruptions

    • An incorrect shipping address was provided by the customer

    • Customs clearance delays (for international orders)

6. Incorrect Address

  • Please ensure your shipping details are accurate.

  • Orders shipped to incorrect addresses cannot be refunded or replaced.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your Kraflo experience. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in original packaging

  • The request is made within 7 days of receiving your order

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, the following are not eligible:

  • Opened or used kraft sets

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Items damaged due to misuse

3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide photos of the item and packaging

  • We will offer a replacement or full refund

4. Refund Process

  • Once your return is approved and received:

    • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days

    • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

5. Exchange Process

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability

  • If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead

6. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

    • The item is defective

    • The wrong item was sent
